You don’t need motivation.

You don’t lack motivation, you lack clarity.

Without clarity on what you desire, you lack direction.

If you don’t know what direction you’re headed, you can’t plan to get there.

By failing to plan, you are preparing to fail.

Benjamin Franklin

Successful people plan for success.

We can’t account for everything, and nine times out of ten life never goes according to our plan anyway.

However, setting the intention for where you want to go and driving toward a definite chief aim already gives you an advantage over the 99%.

Think of “The Plan” as an outline or a framework.

There is wiggle room, sacrifices made, and unexpected happenings.

Nevertheless the end goal remains the same.

Lack of Direction + Lack of Purpose = Entropy

Entropy is a lack of order or predictability; a gradual decline into disorder.

Chaos breeds confusion and with that comes a feeling of being overwhelmed, stressed, and seemingly depressed.

You need a goal.

You need a project.

You need a purpose.

This may be a controversial take, and if it rubs you the wrong way, message me. I’d love to hear your perspective…

If you lack purpose, you lack value.

If you’re not operating in your purpose, you have no value.

Your days lack purpose therefore they are meaningless because you are not driving towards a specific goal.

Purpose is something each of us is born with. You may have to find yourself from time to time but, you never have to find your purpose. We are born with it. As we get older and the world tells us who we have to be, we may forget our purpose. Even under these circumstances there is no need to “search” for purpose. All you must do is remember, it’s been the same since birth. If you go searching for anything, let it be for what excites you and raises curiosity within.

A hidden benefit of clarity is gaining the perspective to filter through what serves you versus what doesn’t.

As you fine-tune your antenna you’ll become aware of opportunities that can help you in achieving your goal.

Happiness is found at the intersection of passion and purpose.

Purpose drives intention.

Intention drives discipline

Discipline drives success.
